Due to the processes involved to set-up a print run of branded merchandise, it is not cost-effective for us to print just 1 item at a time. However, we do understand that clients have requirements for just a few if you are planning a very targeted marketing campaign, have a small budget or are a start-up business. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation to acknowledge receipt of your order. We will follow this up by email confirming all the details of your order including colours, print etc.
We will next contact you with an artwork proof for approval which must be checked carefully and signed off by you before we put your order into production. This part of the process is a double check to make sure you are happy with the design, position and sizing of your branding.
Following proof approval, your order will then go into production and be delivered to you in the lead time specified at the time of order.
